Terms of Service for My Store

Order Acceptance and Processing

When you place an order with My Store, your submission is treated as an offer to purchase. We accept your offer only after confirming stock availability and pricing. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, lack of stock, payment issues, or fraud prevention measures.

Once accepted, orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipment. Following processing, delivery usually occurs within 7-12 business days.

Shipping costs will be clearly calculated and displayed during checkout.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, you must make your request within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond this timeframe, cancellations may be impossible as your order could already be in processing.

Returns and Refunds

You may request to return products within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. To qualify for return, the items must be unused, unmodified, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the received product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To begin a return, please contact Hey Dude customer support via email at florianfima7@gmail.com to obtain authorization.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited only to the original payment method used.
